SHIPPING POLICY

At PRO PLUS, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, securely, and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase products from www.proplusindia.in.


1. Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 24โ€“48 business hours.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via SMS and/or Email.
  • Orders are processed only after successful order confirmation and payment verification (where applicable).

2. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver products across India.

At present, international shipping is not available.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 3โ€“5 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4โ€“7 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 6โ€“9 Business Days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier partner operations, weather conditions, public holidays, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on most prepaid orders unless otherwise mentioned on the respective product page.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.
  • If applicable, Cash on Delivery (COD) handling charges will also be displayed separately during checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on selected serviceable PIN codes.

Please note:

  • COD availability depends on your delivery location.
  • Additional COD handling charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
  • If Partial COD or Advance Payment is applicable for any product, the same will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, mobile number, and delivery details while placing an order.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect contact number
  • Customer unavailable for delivery
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of the order.


7. Damaged, Missing or Tampered Packages

If you receive:

  • A damaged package
  • A tampered package
  • Missing items
  • An incorrect product

please contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate the issue quickly, kindly share:

  • Your Order ID
  • Photos of the package
  • Photos or videos of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

8. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Heavy rainfall
  • Political disturbances
  • Government restrictions
  • Public holidays
  • Transportation disruptions

PRO PLUS will make every reasonable effort to keep customers informed in case of significant delivery delays.
