Cancellation Policy

At PRO PLUS, we understand that you may need to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to provide a transparent and hassle-free experience for our customers.
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request to cancel their order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support Team within 24 hours of placing the order.
If the order has not yet been shipped, the cancellation request will be processed without any cancellation charges.
Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
If you no longer wish to accept the order, you may refuse delivery at the time of delivery. Once the shipment is returned to our warehouse and passes our inspection, the refund (if applicable) will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 2 business days after cancellation approval.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund generally reflects within 5–7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation charges.
If a COD order is refused after shipment or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts occur, PRO PLUS reserves the right to restrict COD services for future orders, where applicable.
