Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At PRO PLUS, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We are committed to providing high-quality products and a transparent shopping experience. This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are processed.

By placing an order on www.proplusindia.in, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Return & Replacement Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery if any of the following conditions apply:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The product is defective or not functioning properly.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product received is significantly different from the product ordered.

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original accessories, manuals, tags, invoices, and packaging must be returned.
  • The product must successfully pass our quality inspection after pickup.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Items

Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Physical damage caused after delivery.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Missing accessories, manuals, or original packaging.
  • Products returned without proof of purchase.
  • Requests made after the 7-day return period.

PRO PLUS reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.


3. Replacement Process

If your return request is approved:

  • A free replacement will be provided if the product is available in stock.
  • Replacement orders are generally dispatched within 3โ€“7 business days after successful pickup and quality verification.
  • If the same product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected by our quality team.

Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 2 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund generally reflects within 5โ€“7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds for COD orders are processed via Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI) after receiving your bank details. Refunds are generally completed within 7โ€“10 business days after approval.


5. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation charges.

For cancellation requests, please contact our customer support immediately.

After Shipment

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. If eligible, it will be covered under our Return & Replacement Policy after delivery.

Prepaid Cancelled Orders

If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days.

COD Cancelled Orders

Since no payment has been collected for COD orders before delivery, no refund is applicable for cancelled COD orders.


6. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to:

  • Damaged product
  • Defective product
  • Wrong item delivered

PRO PLUS will bear the complete return shipping cost.

If a return request is made for reasons other than our error (where applicable), return shipping charges may be borne by the customer or deducted from the refund amount.


7. Warranty Claims

Products covered under warranty may also be eligible for warranty service according to the terms mentioned in our Warranty Policy.

Warranty claims are processed separately from return and refund requests.


8. How to Request a Return, Replacement or Cancellation

To raise a request, please contact our Customer Support Team with:

  • Order ID
  • Customer Name
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Reason for Return / Replacement / Cancellation
  • Images or videos (if the product is damaged or defective)

Our team generally responds within 24โ€“48 working hours.
