Eligibility for Return or Replacement
- 1. We accept return or replacement requests under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not as described
- The wrong product was delivered
- The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all accessories and packaging intact
Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Items
- 2. Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Physical damage caused after delivery
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Normal wear and tear
- Missing original packaging or accessories
Replacement Process
- If your product is eligible, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost
- Replacement will be shipped within 3–7 business days after pickup or verification
- If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed

- Refunds are issued only after product inspection
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method Refund timeline:
- Prepaid orders: 5–7 business days after approval
- COD orders: Refund via bank transfer within 7–10 business days
