Eligibility for Return or Replacement
  • 1. We accept return or replacement requests under the following conditions:
  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all accessories and packaging intact
Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Items
  • 2. Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:
  • Physical damage caused after delivery
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Missing original packaging or accessories
Note: Products once accepted for return must pass our quality check before approval.
Replacement Process
  • If your product is eligible, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost
  • Replacement will be shipped within 3–7 business days after pickup or verification
  • If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed
Refund Policy
  • Refunds are issued only after product inspection
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Refund timeline:
  • Prepaid orders: 5–7 business days after approval
  • COD orders: Refund via bank transfer within 7–10 business days
Return Shipping
  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, wrong item), return shipping is free
  • If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges may apply
